Who do you work with?

Founder-led companies past $10MM in revenue that have outgrown the way they were built. The common thread is not the industry, it is the moment: the founder has become the bottleneck, and growth now depends on a system instead of a person. If the business still runs through you for every decision, you are who we built this for.

What is the difference between an embedded operator and a fractional hire?

A fractional hire sells you hours. You buy a day a week, you get a day a week, and the meter is the product. An embedded operator sits inside the function that keeps pulling you back (COO, CFO, CRO, or CMO) and runs the System of Value Creation against named milestones. We are accountable to outcomes, not to a timesheet. The work is done when the value is built, not when the hours run out.

How long is an engagement?

Twelve to eighteen months for an embedded engagement. Real value creation does not happen in a quarter, and we do not pretend it does. The operator embeds, builds the system, transfers it to your team, and steps out. The point is to make your business run without us, not to make it depend on us.

What is the System of Value Creation?

It is our named, repeatable method for building enterprise value across the four intangible capitals: human, structural, social, and customer. Most owners chase revenue and EBITDA. Those are outputs. The four capitals are the assets a buyer actually pays a premium for: the people, the processes, the relationships, and the customer base that hold value when you leave the room. We teach it, and we run it.

Value Academy or Embedded Executives: which fits?

Same System, two ways in. Value Academy is for owners who want to learn the System and run it inside their own company, with a peer community and faculty behind them. Embedded Executives is for owners who want it run for them, by a senior operator who has held the seat before. Learn it, or have it run for you. If you are not sure which, that is exactly what the consult is for.

What does it cost?

By conversation. We do not publish a rate card because we do not sell a rate. Pricing is milestone-based and scoped to the seat we embed and the value at stake in that function. A CFO engagement to get a company to a clean exit is not priced like a CMO engagement to build a pipeline, and neither should be. You will know the number before you commit, and it will map to the outcome, not to hours.
