Leverage with Media had the classic founder problem: too much ran through the CEO. Processes lived in her head, not on paper, and client delivery depended on her being in the room. Without a leadership layer or a repeatable way to operate, the firm was set to plateau at the limit of one person’s calendar.

What We Ran

We documented the firm’s proprietary methods so they became company assets instead of the founder’s memory, then trained the team to execute that IP day to day. The work centered on structural capital: the processes and ownership that let the business deliver consistently without the founder in the middle.
